Welcome to the Puppy Health Guarantee section of our website. You will find that we have made our Puppy Health Guarantee available via .PDF file. If you will be purchasing a Cocker from us, you must complete the form to the best of your ability and then send it back to us, so we may fill out the rest of the information and get a copy back to you. Either way, If you should be picking up your puppy, or are having him / her shipped, you must send us back this signed contract with your non-refundable deposit of $150.00.
